I had an EPIC on Brewer's Buttress getting nighted in a lightning storm. The whole story and all the other obstacles I detail in my blog post.
My condition report is that the descent gulley was snow free and the trail from the summit to the descent gulley was mostly snow free on July 15. We underestimated the approach time and the climb time also got away from us which led to difficult night time route finding in a storm. Then we were attacked by a rat. :)
