Ice Floss 8.1mm Twin

I do not use this rope for technical climbing



I use this rope for glacier travel. I cut a 60m into 23m and 37m strands. Awesome, super light, great dry treatment. I cannot attest to the true twin abilities of this rope but it is a perfect choice for glacier travel.

I never go to ice without BW Ice Floss. I trust my rope like a second climbing partner. When the climb goes down and a crux looms before my eyes, I am more at ease due to the fact that I know my limitations, trust my gut instincts, and have two sharp ends of the best ice climbing rope on the market. The tight sheaths minimize rope management problems and the double dry core has never once sent ice chips ripping thru my belay device since I began employing BlueWater Ice Floss to my frozen agendas.
