Depicted in this album are the photos from my Wind River Range backpacking trip lasting 9 days in the 2nd/3rd week of August 2011.

We were in the northern part of the range and spend time on the continental divide. The lakes in this area were spectacular.

Awesome photos

I spent 3 days in bear basin years ago, up Clear Creek to Clear Lake (one of the prettiest lakes i have ever seen), to Faler Lake to Bear Basin and camped at Rocking Horse Lake. Loved it. Did NOT love the lab losing all 3 rolls of chromes. grrrrr... Serious thanks for bringing back the memories.

I was wondering if anyone had ever visited Bear Basin recently. That place currently sits as the most beautiful place I've ever seen.
